Job Overview
As the Wealth Strategist with ClariVise Private Wealth, you will be an important part in helping our clients bring clarity to the client experience. You will help our team during the financial planning process, client presentations, and client reviews, while also performing due diligence on our proprietary investment portfolios.

Responsibilities

Gather and process client data during the planning process and data gathering meeting.

Enter information in eMoney planning software and run financial plan for team.

Assist team with making PowerPoint strategy presentations for client meetings.

Maintain client contact during the financial planning process. Answer questions and provide available information to clients, if requested and as allowable, as it relates to servicing their accounts.

Review client information for client review meetings.

Help with investment research with product companies as it pertains to our model portfolios and changes/review each quarter.

Assist the Advisors in preparing for client meetings including agendas, illustrations, and presentations, and sending pre‑meeting email and post‑meeting follow‑up tasks and emails.

Communicate with Advisors and team members regarding work in progress.

Update client files in an organized and using established practices.

Assist Advisors with client communication and recommendations.

Participate in regular staff and financial planning meetings.

Continue to learn and integrate new financial planning concepts and software into client plans and presentations.

Help process financial transactions such as cashiering, and trades per advisor requests.

Follow rules and regulations as shared and required by the firm and FINRA.

Qualifications

Series 7 and 63 preferred but not required.

2 minimum years of experience.

Undergraduate Degree preferred.

Experience or strong interest in financial planning and wealth management.

Working knowledge of financial planning software (e.g., eMoney preferred).

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for client‑facing and internal materials.

Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Professional communication skills for client and advisor interaction.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Understanding of investment concepts and model portfolios (preferred).

Commitment to learning and applying new planning concepts, tools, and technology.

Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory requirements (FINRA knowledge preferred).
