Status: Full Time

The Senior Manager, ALS Care Integration and Impact is an operational role designed to scale community impact through the execution and management of Team Gleason's comprehensive partnership with our clinical health system partner.

This is a Senior Manager-level, Individual Contributor (IC) role designed for high-level systems design, execution, and project leadership under the strategic roadmap set by the CEO. While this position does not currently have direct reports, it carries significant cross-functional authority. You will serve as the Operational Lead for the health system partnership, owning the end-to-end operational success of critical contracts, deliverables, continuity of care, and data integrity across the partnership.

Primary Responsibilities
Partnership Orchestration

Serve as the primary operational point of contact for Team Gleason with our health system partner's stakeholders.

Develop and execute a comprehensive Partnership Project Plan inclusive of budget, staffing, milestones, and technical resources.

Lead the assistive technology lab launch, including, but not limited to: coordinating buildout, equipment provisioning, and the integration of workflows and staffing.

Manage clinical trial logistics and act as the internal liaison for emerging technology partnerships.

Systems Integration & Data Governance

Establish and enforce cross-institutional SOPs to ensure seamless patient referrals and care coordination between our clinical health system partner and Team Gleason.

Partner with internal leadership to optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the single source of truth for partnership and program data.

Design reporting metrics and dashboards to track partnership KPIs for the CEO and Board of Directors.

Operational Excellence

Identify and resolve bottlenecks that slow service delivery or partnership execution.

Protect organizational capacity by serving as the primary point of contact for partnership-related meetings and administrative coordination.

Collaborate with Program Services, Development, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure partnership activities align with the broader organizational Strategic Plan.

Strategic Growth

Build business cases for partnership expansions within the healthcare ecosystem.

Support the Development and Marketing teams in crafting fundraising narratives based on partnership outcomes and data.

Contribute to the organizational long-range planning process.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations, strategic project management, or clinical integrations.

Bachelor's Degree required.

Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and patient data governance in a clinical or care coordination context.

Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder partnerships in a high-growth or complex environment.

Experience developing and monitoring financial, project, and program reports to ensure work is on-time, on-budget, and meets programmatic goals and standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Sharepoint, and Teams.

Exceptional communication skills.

Ability to translate complex technical/clinical requirements into executable operational plans.

Proficiency in Dynamics 365 and project management software preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000; commensurate with experience and qualifications.
