Trial-Ready Workers’ Compensation Attorney

to represent injured employees across North Carolina. This is your chance to step into a high-impact role where your work directly secures benefits and delivers justice for hardworking people.

What You’ll Do

Represent plaintiff-employees in workers’ compensation claims

Manage cases from intake through appeals

Litigate before the Deputy Commissioner, Full Commission, and NC Court of Appeals

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and appellate briefs

Negotiate settlements and fight for favorable outcomes

Guide clients with clarity and confidence

Collaborate with case managers and paralegals

What We’re Looking For

J.D. from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in North CarolinaMinimum 2 years of workers’ compensation experience (plaintiff-side preferred)

Strong understanding of medical issues and hearing processes

Excellent writing, communication, and courtroom skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Experience with Litify is a plus
