What Will You Do?
Pick parts for production lines
Supports operations at both Theodore facilities
May assist in inventory level maintenance and inventory counts, as needed
Operates forklift, Mijack, truck, and other warehouse equipment to complete tasks adhering to company safety practices
Maintains a clean work area and practices general housekeeping standards
Performs all tasks to ISO standards and requirements
Performs other duties as assigned
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls and talk or hear; stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or climb ladder. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8‑10 hours a day. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work Environment
Moderate noise level in the work environment.

Your Experience Should Be...
Previous forklift experience
Understanding of ISO 9001 procedures
Overtime and weekend hours, as needed
Preferred
High school diploma or GED
1+ years manufacturing experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office
JDE knowledge, a plus
