Senior Director, Global Change Management: AI & Knowledge Management

We are seeking a Senior Director of Global Change Management to lead the adoption strategy for enterprise AI and Knowledge Management initiatives. This role is critical to ensuring that investments in AI and knowledge platforms translate into real, sustained business impact.

The Team
This leader will sit at the intersection of people, process, and technology, driving organization‑wide adoption of AI‑enabled tools and knowledge solutions. You will partner closely with product, engineering, and business leaders to ensure solutions are not only built—but embraced, embedded, and scaled across the organization.

How You Will Contribute
Adoption Strategy & Execution

Define and lead the global enterprise‑wide change and adoption strategy for AI and Knowledge Management initiatives.

Develop scalable frameworks to drive awareness, engagement, and long‑term adoption.

Align change strategies to business priorities and measurable outcomes.

Design and lead end‑to‑end change management strategies for AI and knowledge management initiatives, ensuring technology adoption is grounded in people‑centered approaches and measurable behavior change.

Define and track change readiness and adoption metrics, using data to continuously refine interventions and report progress to senior leadership.

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

Develop stakeholder engagement plans, resistance management frameworks, and executive alignment strategies—translating complex AI use cases into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

Partner with HR, communications, and business unit leads to build change capability across the organization, including training programs, champion networks, and feedback loops that sustain adoption.

Act as a trusted advisor on change, adoption, and organizational readiness.

Build and activate a network of change champions across the organization.

Change Impact & Readiness

Assess organizational readiness and identify changes across functions.

Develop targeted strategies to address resistance, gaps, and risks.

Ensure tailored approaches for different user groups and business units.

Adoption Measurement & Continuous Improvement

Define and track KPIs related to adoption, engagement, and business impact.

Use data and feedback to continuously refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Partner with product and engineering teams to incorporate user insights into ongoing enhancements.

Change Governance & Best Practices

Establish enterprise change management standards, tools, and methodologies.

Embed change management into program delivery across AI and Knowledge initiatives.

Ensure alignment with risk, compliance, and ethical AI considerations.

Qualifications
Required

10+ years of experience in change management, transformation, or organizational development.

Proven track record creating, implementing and leading enterprise‑wide adoption initiatives, particularly for technology or digital transformation.

Experience supporting AI, data, or knowledge management platforms.

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Salesforce skills preferred.

Deep expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar).

Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred

Experience in global professional services or consulting environments.

Familiarity with Generative AI tools, enterprise platforms (e.g., Workday), and knowledge systems.

Experience building and scaling change management functions or COEs.

Background working closely with product and engineering teams.
