Job Description
HEIDARI LAW GROUP, P.C. is a fast‑growing Plaintiff’s Personal Injury and Employment law firm in California and Nevada with principal offices in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. We are seeking an experienced trial attorney who is enthusiastic about taking ownership of their own cases and gaining trial experience.
Unlike many firms, we handle cases from intake through trial, providing opportunities for extensive trial, litigation, and negotiation experience.
Qualifications
All qualifications listed for the Litigation Associate, including:
Four (5) to ten (10) years of personal injury trial experience.
At least five (5) personal injury jury trials taken to verdict.
Employment law experience is a plus, though not necessary.
Federal Court trial experience is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
Helping and mentoring other associates in their trial.
Handling 6 to 8 cases per year anticipated to reach a jury verdict.
Drafting Motion in Limine and other pre‑trial motions.
Drafting and arguing post‑trial motions.
Handling all responsibilities of a litigation associate as firm needs arise.
Requirements for All Positions
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
Nevada State Bar (NV Bar) or licensure in another state is a plus.
Attention to detail and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment with willingness to work in a team.
Strong time‑management and prioritization skills.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and project‑management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with other lawyers and paralegals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat DC.
Benefits and Compensation
We offer a competitive starting salary, bonuses, vacation, 90% medical coverage with the Kaiser Gold Plan with the possibility to convert to PPO, and dental insurance. Compensation is commensurate with experience.
