
Sanitation Swing Crew

Objective
These positions complete the end of production and sanitation of all equipment.
Compensation / Hours
These are hourly paid positions, 40 hours per week with occasional overtime and/or weekend work. These positions do NOT have set end times, but should average 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. The day starts at 2pm and ends when all tasks are complete.
Skill Sets – Applicable to ALL POSITIONS
Ability to do mental math and take accurate inventories
Must have good personal hygiene
Good communication skills
Excellent organization and the ability to multitask
Responsible for overall facility cleanliness and upkept
Willingness and ability to learn new skills
Use pallet jack (training provided)
Requires frequent lifting, bending, and standing on concrete
Work as a team to accomplish all tasks
Relieve all day shift production personal and finish production in the milk plant
Flexible and works well with change
Duties & Responsibilities
The tasks of all positions listed below can be requested of all Swing Personnel.
Focus Tasks for each position
Position 1 – Milk Plant
Finish production in milk plant, start at carton filler
Wash equipment, tanks, and parts in milk plant
Position 2 – Raw Sanitation
Conduct raw CIP, silo, tanker, and cream tank washes
Break down separator, clean it, and properly reassemble
Position 3 – Ice Cream
Wash equipment, tanks, and parts in ice cream room
Wash equipment, tanks, and parts in cookie sandwich room
Reassemble and change over equipment
Position 4 – Full Time Raw Side
Finish production in milk plant, start at carton filler
Wash equipment, tanks, and parts in milk plant
Reassemble equipment
