
LADC/ADC-T Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor

Responsibilities
In cooperation with the Program Director, evaluate and modify program design for the purpose of meeting licensure requirements and needs of clients.
Provide case management/file documentation for individual caseload, noting all treatment related activities and services in an accurate, professional, and timely manner including assessment of chemical use and mental health problems, creating and monitoring individualized treatment plans, provide group therapy and individual counseling services to individuals with co-occurring chemical abuse and mental health problems.
Facilitate/participate groups regarding the disease of addiction and the recovery process consistent with maintaining good mental health.
Provide culturally sensitive and relevant services to diverse clients and their families.
Responsible for complying with federal and state confidentiality statutes, uphold ethical standards established and implied by the profession, and the DHS rules, and be limited in authority to that set by the Program Director.
This is an in-person position and requires all shifts scheduled to be worked.
Job Type: Full-time
LADC Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Qualifications
Experience: Addiction counseling: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification: LADC License; ADCT License
