As Manager, Training (Services Growth) in Caterpillar's Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD), you will lead a global team of 10 subject‑matter experts to support Caterpillar dealer technicians and drive dealer growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the global Subject Matter Experts team, ensuring excellence in training and support for dealer technicians.

Marketing and promotion materials
Educational partner support
Technicians for the World program
Dealer Technician development processes:
Technician Career Development Process Accreditation (TCDPA)
Course accreditation and Regional Dealer Learning Center (RDLC) processes
Support and expansion of Caterpillar Technician Academy and ThinkBIG processes
Dealer instructor development programs, including the Caterpillar Instructor Accreditation Program (CIAP)
Customer training initiatives
Dealer Technician retention processes, programs and events:
Dealer Employee Opinion Surveys
Dealer Technician Retention Surveys
Recruiting & Retention workshops
Qualifications
Education: Engineering degree or equivalent work experience and 10+ years in project management, marketing, and/or product support roles.
Customer focus and service excellence, with the ability to align solutions with customer needs.
Decision‑making and critical‑thinking skills, using analytical tools and judgment.
Effective communication skills, able to transmit, receive and interpret ideas accurately.
Relationship management skills, establishing and maintaining healthy working relationships with clients, vendors and peers.
Preferred Experience
Strong organizational, human‑relations, and executive‑level communication skills.
Deep knowledge of the Caterpillar dealer organization and experience influencing global dealer networks.
Track record managing large‑scale projects and events, demonstrating Caterpillar’s Behaviors and Leadership Attributes.
Compensation
Pay Range: $147,760.00 – $221,640.00.
