Job Description
The Marketing Data Analytics professional will support the development and delivery of advanced analytics and data‑driven insights to inform marketing strategy, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role is hands‑on and execution‑focused, combining analytical problem solving, modeling, and close partnership with marketing and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with complex data, translating insights into action, and contributing to high‑impact marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Marketing and related business teams to define analytical requirements, evaluate feasibility, and support data‑driven decision making

Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover insights related to customer behavior, campaign performance, acquisition, retention, and revenue growth

Build, test, and refine predictive and statistical models to support marketing use cases such as segmentation, forecasting, attribution, and personalization

Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reporting to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations that inform marketing strategy and execution

Support ongoing analytics initiatives by contributing to solution design, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Data, Marketing, Sales, and Technology to ensure alignment and data accuracy

Apply sound analytical judgment when working with incomplete or evolving information in a fast‑paced environment

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline

4–7 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or marketing analytics roles

Strong SQL skills and experience working in modern data platforms such as GCP (BigQuery required; Vertex AI a plus)

Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Looker, Qlik, Power BI, or similar platforms

Hands‑on experience using Python for data analysis and modeling (e.g., pandas, numpy, scikit‑learn)

Experience translating analytical insights into clear takeaways and recommendations for business partners

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs Experience supporting marketing, customer, or digital analytics use cases

Exposure to B2B, eCommerce, or customer lifecycle analytics

Familiarity with model deployment, MLOps concepts, or automated analytics workflows

Exposure to GenAI or experimentation with LLM‑enabled analytics is a plus
