Sales Enablement & Communications Manager (Contract)
Objective

Support sales and communications enablement across Creative Cloud B2B routes to market by driving clarity, consistency, and operational rigor in messaging, content, and field communications. This role connects Product Marketing, Enablement, and GTM teams to ensure field teams have timely, usable, and aligned materials.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and orchestration of ongoing enablement, including establishing a consistent cadence, aligning priorities across routes to market, and ensuring readiness for key product updates and sales motions.
Establish and maintain systems that connect inbound inputs from multiple teams with outbound communications to the field, ensuring visibility, coordination, and two-way flow of information across routes to market.
Own field‑facing communications, translating product and roadmap updates into clear, concise messaging for sales audiences and maintaining a centralized view of what has been communicated.
Develop and maintain core sales messaging frameworks that distill complex inputs into simple, actionable narratives, and ensure alignment across downstream assets and channels.
Oversee the health of the enablement content ecosystem, including content mapping, lifecycle management, and identification of gaps or redundancies across materials.
Partner cross-functionally with PMM, Enablement, and GTM stakeholders to align on priorities, gather feedback from the field, and continuously measure and improve enablement effectiveness.
Collaborate with Enablement and PMM partners to pilot new formats and channels (e.g., modular “motion kits,” just-in-time refreshers, learning paths, templates), simplifying the Bill of Materials (BOM), and handle localization needs.
Apply responsible AI to streamline content creation, tagging, and localization workflows.

Ongoing recommendations to improve content quality, clarity, and usability

Compensation

$60.00 to $66.90 per hour.
