Important: This is a full-time, in-office role based in our Las Vegas Shared Services office. It is an INTERN for an UNDERGRADUATE who is local to Las Vegas.
Pay: $20-$24/hour DOE
About the Role
This is not your typical internship. You'll be plugged into the FP&A team, helping drive budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across a multi-location home services business. Expect exposure to leadership, real data, and meaningful work from day one.
What You'll Do
Support budgeting and forecasting processes using real company data
Help build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports
Assist with monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decisions
Create materials for leadership presentations and business reviews
Partner with accounting and FP&A teams on key projects and initiatives
What You Bring
Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Completed at least 1 year of college (rising juniors/seniors preferred)
Solid understanding of financial basics (statements, budgeting, etc.)
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data organization)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills—you can explain the "why," not just the numbers
Availability for the full 12-week program
Bonus Points If You Have
Exposure to financial modeling or data analysis
Familiarity with tools like Adaptive Insights, ServiceTitan, or similar systems
Previous internship or experience in a finance or analytical role
