Pay and Benefits
Starting salary of $24.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience

Hours and Location
Monday – Friday (Rotating Saturdays)
7:30 am to 4 pm
Stable hours for financial security and work‑life balance
Normal setting: waste disposal site in Maricopa, AZ
Responsibilities
Operate heavy equipment in compliance with company operating safety policies and procedures
Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance; maintain accurate records
Move and position raw materials and finished components using material‑moving equipment
Follow appropriate SOPs for operating and maintaining vehicles
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
1 year of experience operating heavy equipment
Over 18 years of age
Legally eligible to work in the United States
Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical
Preferred Traits

Work Environment and Physical Demands
Use motor coordination with finger dexterity (e.g., keyboarding, machine operation) most of the workday

Exposed to physical environment involving dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes most of the workday
