Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Trial Attorney at Frantz Law Group, based in San Diego, CA. The Associate Trial Attorney will manage personal injury cases from inception to resolution, including drafting motions, conducting legal research, preparing cases for trial, and representing clients in court proceedings and depositions. Collaboration with the legal team to develop case strategies and communicate with clients will also be essential components of the role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in legal practices including law, trial preparation, and litigation processes
Experience with drafting and filing motions, as well as handling legal briefings
Ability to navigate court proceedings and represent clients effectively
Skilled in conducting depositions and gathering evidence to build strong cases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active California State Bar membership
Previous experience in civil litigation or personal injury law is highly preferred
