Job Description
Warehouse associates are the foundation of our company’s success. They work actively, safely, and independently to maintain the efficient flow of products through our distribution process while ensuring quality standards. As a Stacker you will support the shipping and/or receiving activities within our warehouse. The Stacker performs shipping and/or receiving functions in a timely manner while maintaining inventory and warehouse work areas, observing all safety regulations, and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process. They function as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Pay: Starting at $17.00/hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule
Sunday - Thursday 6pm - Until Finished
Responsibilities
Performs general warehouse duties as assigned including forklift put‑away, let‑downs, will‑call selection, returns, sanitation, break down pallets, wrapping pallets, order selection, loading, and receiving.
Performs general housekeeping duties and keeps the warehouse area, loading dock and trailers clear and clean as required. Ensures the work area is safe and reports any unsafe conditions and/or acts immediately.
Performs daily safety check of the assigned forklift/pallet jack in accordance with company policy.
Performs damage control checks on items received and contacts the supervisor about removing items according to company policy.
Removes batteries requiring recharging, replaces them with charged batteries and completes a vehicle inspection checklist. Follows all preferred work methods, safety policies and procedures per company guidelines.
Reviews the work schedule and daily production paperwork and prepares for operations.
Puts on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear.
Meets required productivity and accuracy standards per location and company guidelines.
Secures all equipment and completes all necessary paperwork.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position.
Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout the shift.
Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to approximately 60‑90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout the shift.
Able to work in multi‑temperature environments, i.e., cooler, freezer and dry.
Passes a post‑offer drug test and criminal background check.
Compensation
$17.00+/hour (Depending on Experience)
