Description
Manage a portfolio of affordable housing assets
Oversee LIHTC and Section 8 property performance
Support NYCHA PACT, preservation, and redevelopment projects
Monitor budgets, financials, occupancy, and reporting
Partner with property management, compliance, development, and construction teams
Ensure affordable housing compliance requirements are met
Drive lease-up, stabilization, and long-term asset performance
Identify and resolve operational, financial, and compliance-related issues

Profile
A successful Asset Manager/Property Manager should have:
Must have affordable housing experience
LIHTC and/or Section 8 experience is essential
Experience with preservation, redevelopment, or occupied affordable housing assets preferred
NYCHA PACT experience is a strong plus
Strong understanding of affordable housing compliance and property operations
Ability to review budgets, financials, occupancy, and asset performance
Comfortable working with property management, compliance, development, and ownership teams
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
