Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing fundraising events and promotional marketing campaigns
Engage directly with donors, supporters, and community members at live events to increase awareness and encourage contributions
Represent nonprofit partners professionally and positively in public-facing settings
Distribute marketing materials, flyers, and promotional content at events and outreach locations
Support event logistics including setup, coordination, and breakdown
Track donor interactions, engagement data, and campaign performance metrics
Maintain accurate records of fundraising activities and outreach results
Collaborate with team members to develop creative marketing and fundraising strategies
Qualifications
Entry‑level applicants are strongly encouraged — no prior fundraising experience required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Nonprofit Management, or a related field preferred (not required)
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working in face‑to‑face public engagement and event environments
Highly organized, reliable, and eager to learn
