Synapse TBI is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our administrative and marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person.
Assist with day‑to‑day administrative tasks across departments.
Support marketing initiatives (social media, content coordination, outreach).
Help manage internal documents, data entry, and reporting.
Coordinate basic communications with patients, reps, and partners.
Provide general operational support as needed.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Interest in healthcare, marketing, or business operations preferred.
