SHIFT SUPERVISOR
Location : Novant Health Coastal Carolina Medical Center – 1000 Medical Center Drive, Hardeeville, SC 29927.
Schedule : Full time schedule, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Pay : $20.00 per hour (fixed).
Qualifications : Previous customer service, food service, and supervisory experience required.
Responsibilities
Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure.
Provide training and create work schedules.
Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline those who fail to meet standards.
Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal setting and advancement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
