Primary Responsibilities

Guest Engagement:

Warmly welcome all Hall of Fame guests with a professional and friendly demeanor.

Serve as the primary culinary liaison, ensuring guests feel valued and attended to.

Service Coordination:

Oversee execution of food and beverage service for special guests, ensuring timing, presentation, and quality meet the highest standards.

Communicate with kitchen staff and front‑of‑house teams to ensure a flawless guest experience.

Culinary Support:

Tend to special dietary requests, menu customizations, or culinary inquiries from guests.

Assist in the preparation and final presentation of key dishes as needed.

Professional Presence:

Maintain a pristine, polished appearance in full chef whites as a symbol of culinary excellence.

Represent the brand with professionalism and hospitality at all times.

Logistical Oversight:

Coordinate the setup and breakdown of dining areas for Hall of Fame functions.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred.

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a high‑end culinary or hospitality setting.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.

Detail‑oriented with a passion for guest service and fine cuisine.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event‑based schedules.
