Role Description
This is a full-time on-site opportunity for an Alexa Skills Developer, based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Alexa Skills Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy engaging and interactive Alexa skills. Responsibilities include creating voice interfaces, refining them based on user feedback, ensuring seamless functionality, and integrating relevant APIs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including content creators and UX/UI designers, will be essential to bring high-quality audio experiences to life.
Qualifications
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Java
Experience with developing and deploying applications on the Alexa Skills Kit platform
Knowledge of API integration and handling voice recognition technologies
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to design user-friendly voice interfaces and consider user-centric design principles for interactive applications
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-disciplinary teams
Prior experience in audio space, entertainment technologies, or creative storytelling is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
