Required: HVAC Experience (must-have for this role)
Key Responsibilities:

Complete work orders accurately and on time (within 24 hours)

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Support service manager with inventory, maintenance, and team coordination

Ensure excellent customer service with residents and vendors

Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections

Maintain community safety standards and curb appeal

Assist with repairs, turnovers, and general maintenance tasks

Qualifications:

Hands‑on experience with HVAC systems (required)

Experience in plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs

Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

Team player with good communication
