Schedule
Positions require a minimum of four shifts per month (includes two weekend shifts) and one holiday per year

6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.
Pay Range:
$31.09 - $42.19 per hour (based on experience)

Education Required
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing

The Difference You’ll Make
Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and physician orders
Safely administer medications and treatments while monitoring for effectiveness and resident response
Complete accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record systems
Assess and communicate changes in resident condition to the Nurse Manager, providers, and family members, and assist with follow-up care as needed
Coordinate and provide guidance to Nursing Assistants (NARs) to support safe, efficient, and compassionate care delivery
Ensure compliance with clinical policies, procedures, and state and federal regulatory standards
Promote a respectful, positive, and person-centered care environment for residents, families, and team members
Demonstrate professionalism, sound clinical judgment, and strong customer service in daily practice
Qualifications
Education Required
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing
Experience Required
Minimum one year of nursing experience
Experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior living settings
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated clinical judgment, integrity, and professionalism
Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
