Client Services Representative Compensation
$16.79 per hour paid biweekly
Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service on eligibility dates
Client Services Representative Highlights
Contract assignment (temporary) with potential to hire permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT (40 hours/week)
Onsite requirement: Must be onsite in Franklin, TN 3 days per week (flexible on which days)
Work environment is climate-controlled and smoke-free
Client Services Representative Responsibilities
Process prior authorizations and appeals
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment
Document cases clearly and accurately in accordance with program guidelines
Communicate effectively and professionally with internal partners and program partners to ensure high-quality service
Plan and organize work, set priorities, and complete assignments with minimal supervision
Participate in cross-training to support multiple functions within the department
Perform other duties as assigned
Client Services Representative Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
Strong communication and customer service skills (phone-based support)
Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task across systems/tools
Ability to work the required onsite schedule (3 days/week in Franklin, TN)
Client Services Representative Preferred Qualifications
Associate’s degree (preferred)
Knowledge/experience with Medicare benefits, enrollments, and LIS assistance
Experience with prescription drug reimbursement / insurance benefit structures
Experience using case documentation / benefit verification tools (CRM, case management platforms, payer portals, etc.)
