Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, skilled Mobile Phlebotomist, who is confident with difficult blood draws and can provide excellent care in a fast‑paced, early morning mobile setting. This role requires open availability, including early morning start times (as early as 2:00 am), rotating weekends, and participation in an on‑call schedule.
What You’ll Do
Travel a daily route to different nursing facilities
Perform venipuncture and collect specimens for lab transport
Maintain clear and accurate documentation
Follow all safety, infection control, HIPAA and company protocols
Work cooperatively with all Solaris departments
Be able to work under minimal supervision
Complete time sheets, mileage logs and other records accurately
Maintain a good driving record
Have a reliable vehicle that can meet daily driving requirements
Hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of two years phlebotomy experience (Mobile phlebotomy is a plus)
Reliable vehicle, car insurance, and driver’s license
Smartphone for communication and routing
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Professionalism, punctuality, and a patient‑focused mindset
