Senior Police Operations Leader

The City of Independence, Missouri is seeking an Assistant Police Chief to assist in managing the Department's operations. The role includes overseeing patrol, responding to emergencies, and preparing budgets. Candidates must have a high school diploma, at least six years of law enforcement experience, and strong leadership skills. A bachelor's degree in criminal justice is preferred. A current Kansas driver's license is required for this position, with training and certification from the Kansas Law Enforcement Training Center.
