Schedule: 530am-2pm, 40 hours per week.
Pay Range: $18.85 - $28.30 per hour.

Position Highlights
Starting pay: $18.85 per hour.

Responsibilities
Perform complete cleaning of assigned areas including dusting, sanitizing furniture, equipment, mirrors, and fixtures.
Wash windows, walls, ceilings, vents, and light fixtures.
Sweep, scrub, and refinish floors; vacuum and shampoo carpet.
Restock restrooms, replace light bulbs, and report needed repairs.
Assist with outdoor cleaning such as parking lot, windows, and roof, using a ladder when necessary.
Handle cleaning chemicals, disinfectants, floor strippers, and finishes.
Manage waste: collect soiled linen, empty trash containers, replace sharps containers, transport solid and hazardous waste, recycle, empty cigarette receptacles, keep equipment clean, and report failures to maintenance staff.
Maintain a safe working environment, comply with procedures, rules, infection control guidelines, and departmental quality standards.
Attend required in‑service education and training, safety update programs, and maintain technical knowledge.
Consistently meet time schedules, deadlines, and prioritize assignments in a timely manner.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
One year of experience preferred.
Ability to prioritize assignments and complete work on time.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment.
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with co‑workers.
Work Environment
Repetitive work following set procedures.
Fast‑paced and stressful.
Work in contaminated, isolation, construction, renovation areas, and sometimes extreme temperatures.
Exposure to individuals with various degrees of mental and physical conditions and illnesses, unpleasant smells.
