$16/hr plus shift differential

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.

Provide physical resident care including all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming.

Answer call lights in a timely manner and respond to residents and/or family needs.

Motivate and encourage resident involvement in activities.

Assist residents to and from activities, dining room, and other community functions.

Lifting, turning, and repositioning residents as needed.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Organized and self‑motivated to provide excellent care for residents.

CPR certified. Nurse Aide Certification is a plus but not required.

Effective communication skills to interact with co‑workers, residents, family members, and peers.

Ability to read and interpret work instructions.

Previous experience working in an Assisted Living or Memory Care Community is a plus.

Candidates must successfully pass a pre‑employment drug screen, physical (completed by a Nurse Practitioner), and background check.
