Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Travel assignment in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Start date: May 1, 2026. Duration: 14 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,552–$1,657 per week. Responsibilities
Deliver or assist with occupational therapy services to residents under supervision as part of a multidisciplinary rehab team.
Implement and adapt treatment plans and therapeutic activities to support residents’ goals and progress.
Document patient progress and maintain accurate treatment notes in line with facility and regulatory requirements.
Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed to promote function, safety, and quality of life.
Collaborate with OT/therapy colleagues, nursing staff, and other disciplines to coordinate care plans and communicate changes.
Maintain therapy spaces, manage equipment and supplies, and uphold infection control and safety standards.
Requirements
Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
Ability to work in a long‑term care setting and participate in a multidisciplinary team.
Strong communication, documentation, and time‑management skills.
Eligibility to work in the United States and meet applicable state requirements.
