Responsibilities
New patient scheduling – setup new patients in our EMR and schedule them appropriately.
Insurance verification – ensure patient’s insurance is active and obtain treatment authorizations if required.
Managing schedules – coordinate the schedules for physical therapists and PTAs on site.
Medical assistance – perform phlebotomy and support services for employees and clients.
Other tasks – answer the phone, file patient charts, collect copays and patient payments.
Required Skills
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone who enters the clinic.
Ability to work closely with all clinic staff to improve care and deliver exceptional customer service.
