Level I Experience Required for PACU
Prior travel experience required for Emergency Department (ED) and Neuro ICU
CERNER EMR required for ED specialties
Travel teams must have their own vehicles
No concurrent assignment contract while with Dignity AZ
Must be away from CommonSpirit for 12 months as permanent staff to qualify
No facial piercings and only natural hair colors
Onboarding due 1pm CST Wednesday before start; file must be completed by deadline
Travelers expected to accommodate teaching hospital staff (e.g., nursing students)
Prophecy Dysrhythmia Exam required within 24–48 hours prior to acceptance; maximum 2 attempts; failure results in DNU for 6 months within CommonSpirit AZ and Sacramento Region
Day 1 Pass/Fail Exam required; see unique notes for details
Estimated pay package based on bill rate at time job was posted. Bill rates can change frequently and without notice. Exact pay package may vary based on guaranteed hours, distance traveled, and customization available for travelers.

The facility is associated with the Barrow Neuro Institute, the world’s leading neuro institute.
Unit Expectations
All profiles must include information on unit size, hospital size, trauma level, and EMR (CERNER) experience. Minimum 2 years of core experience in the specialty being submitted; Level 1 Trauma and teaching experience required. Facility will not consider contracts shorter than 13 weeks.
