We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, assisting residents with activities of daily living, and supporting the healthcare team to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay rate: $19 to $23 per hour based on experience and shift.
New $2,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time positions.
Shift differential: $2 for 3 p.m.–11 p.m. shifts.
Full‑time, part‑time, and PRN positions available.

Shift Schedule
7 a.m.–3 p.m. (FT)
3 p.m.–11 p.m. (FT)
11 p.m.–7 a.m. (FT)
Weekend availability and rotation for weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
Monitor and document residents’ vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well‑being.
Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.
Support residents with meal service, ensuring nutritional needs are met.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Communicate changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, families, and the team.
Qualifications
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or in the process of taking the state CNA exam.
Graduated from a CNA training program.
A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
