Fieldstone of DeWitt is an assisted living facility in Clinton County. We are seeking an Assisted Living Coordinator to oversee daily operations and ensure resident care.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring residents receive high‑quality care and support.
Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote resident safety, well‑being, and satisfaction.
Manage and coordinate activities and services provided to residents, including personal care, meals, and recreational programs.
Supervise and support assisted living staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to create personalized care plans and ensure residents’ individual needs are met.
Monitor resident health and wellness, coordinating with healthcare providers to address medical needs promptly.
Communicate regularly with residents, families, and staff to foster a supportive and inclusive community environment.
Compensation
Salary range: $58,969.87 – $89,634.20, based on experience.
Daily pay access via a free app to manage wages before payday.
