What You’ll Be Doing
Oversee and guide LPN and CNA staff on your unit
Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
Provide hands‑on care and assist with treatments as needed
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Lead by example, promote teamwork, and foster a positive work environment
Support the RN Supervisor and Director of Nursing in overall clinical operations
What You’ll Need
Active LPN or RN license
Previous long‑term care or supervisory experience preferred
Leadership skills with a compassionate, team‑oriented approach
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A true passion for senior care
