Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nurse Care Aide (CNA) to provide hands‑on care and support residents with activities of daily living. In this role, you will play a critical part in promoting dignity, comfort, and overall well‑being while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high‑quality, person‑centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately obtain and document vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respirations, and report changes to licensed nursing staff

Assist residents with mobility, including safe transfers, ambulation, and repositioning in accordance with care plans

Provide support with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding

Respond promptly and professionally to call lights and resident requests

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment in accordance with infection control and safety protocols

Observe and report changes in resident condition to the supervising nurse in a timely manner

Communicate effectively and respectfully with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Adhere to all facility policies, state and federal regulations, and infection prevention standards

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Wyoming, in good standing with no findings on the Nurse Aide Registry

Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills within a clinical environment

Effective critical thinking and ability to adapt in a fast‑paced setting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents (up to 50+ lbs with assistance as needed)

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
