Twinkle Toes Nanny Agency in Orlando is looking to hire a part-time nanny for multiple families in the Orlando Area. The role pays $18–$22 per hour. Families are seeking a nurturing, attentive, and calm nanny to care for infants and young children and support their developmental milestones in a safe, loving environment. With Twinkle Toes, you have the ability to pick up additional open shifts with other families.
Available Positions
1‑month‑old (Winter Park) – starting at the end of May – Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
17‑month‑old and 3‑year‑old (Winter Garden) – starting ASAP – Schedule: Monday–Friday 3 p.m.–7 p.m.
3‑year‑old (Clermont) – starting ASAP – Schedule: Monday–Friday 3 p.m.–7 p.m.
Responsibilities
Provide attentive, nurturing care tailored to infants and young children, supporting age‑appropriate development.
Foster early developmental milestones through tummy time, sensory activities, reading, and structured play.
Follow and maintain individualized feeding and sleep routines based on each child’s cues.
Prepare bottles, properly sanitize feeding supplies, and support transitions such as introducing solids when appropriate.
Ensure children are kept upright after feedings as needed while monitoring their comfort and overall well‑being.
Encourage screen‑free engagement through creative play, crafts, reading, and outdoor activities.
Manage children’s laundry and maintain clean, organized play areas and nursery spaces.
Assist with light child‑related household tasks, including post‑meal cleanup and occasional dishwasher unloading.
Complete occasional errands to support family and child‑related needs.
Maintain open and consistent communication with parents regarding daily routines, activities, and any health or developmental updates.
Qualifications
Ideal Candidate
Has hands‑on experience with infants and young children.
Is energetic, dependable, and proactive in planning activities.
Comfortable working in homes where parents may be present.
Health‑conscious and attentive to children’s symptoms or behavioral changes.
Comfortable around dogs (no pet care beyond letting a dog out occasionally).
Willing to commit long‑term.
Agency Requirements
3 years of professional childcare experience.
3 or more excellent, verifiable references (not from family or friends).
CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain prior to start date).
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Compensation
Pay: $18–$22 per hour. Non‑smoker compensation: $18–$22 per hour.
