Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Educator role based in Antioch, TN. As an Educator, you will deliver high-quality, engaging instruction to drive student academic growth and character development. Responsibilities include developing and implementing lesson plans, assessing student progress, collaborating with peers to improve teaching practices, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture, and building relationships with students, families, and the community to support student achievement. You will contribute to a mission-driven team focused on ensuring joyful and academically rigorous learning experiences for all students.
Qualifications
Strong instructional skills, including lesson planning, curriculum development, and differentiation for diverse learners
Classroom management skills, promoting an inclusive and positive learning environment
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and colleagues
Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion and belief in every student's potential to succeed
Flexibility, resiliency, and a growth mindset to adapt to a dynamic educational setting
Bachelor’s degree required; teaching certification and experience in education preferred
Familiarity with data-driven instruction and the ability to analyze data for student improvement is a plus
