Required Skills:
Windows Server 2019; WSUS; Windows Defender. Management and implementation of thin client infrastructure.

Data Transfer Officer

Position Requirements
Duties and Responsibilities
Monitor and manage implementing security-related software patches in response to Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVA).
Monitor and manage user access to various IT resources.
Configure and install various IT systems (e.g., Windows Server 2019, RHEL, vulnerability scanning and monitoring tools, WSUS, Windows Defender and NetApp).
Configure and manage high availability systems.
Continually support the team with everything from accomplishing daily tasks to assist with scheduling and implementing installations, upgrades, patches, maintenance and troubleshooting in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Help to ensure integrity of data recoverability by performing regular system backups, file transfers and offsite backup transportation, storage and retrieval services.
Assist with monitoring and troubleshooting desktop/server peripherals (including software and OS) and ensuring customer satisfaction by quickly resolving time-sensitive problems and documenting resolutions.
Provide Video Teleconference (VTC) support onsite while being able to identify and troubleshoot of moderate complexity.
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
6-8 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Education
Any of the following certifications would be a plus:
CompTIA Security+ Certification
CompTIA Server+ Certification
