Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Job – Waukesha, WI 170337
Physical Therapist Assistant (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Location: FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Waukesha
Why You'll Love This Job
If you chose to become a PTA to connect with patients, deliver meaningful care, and be part of real progress, not to feel like you’re moving people through a system, you’ll feel at home here. At FYZICAL Waukesha, we’ve built a clinic that prioritizes quality care, team collaboration, and professional growth—not volume for the sake of volume.
What Makes Us Different
Patient Volume: 8–10 visits per day. That’s it.
No double-booking pressure or chaotic schedules.
A clear step away from clinics pushing 12–16+ patients daily.
A True Wellness Mission: We treat every patient like an athlete—no matter their starting point.
Focus on helping people reach real-life goals, not just check boxes.
Care that is progressive, purposeful, and patient-centered.
Be Part of a Collaborative Clinical Team: Work closely with Physical Therapists in a team-based model. Your role is valued as a key part of patient success—not just task execution. Opportunity to contribute to meaningful treatment progression.
Technology That Supports You: AI-driven documentation tools to streamline workflow. Advanced rehab technology supporting orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular care.
Growth, Mentorship & Leadership Development: Ongoing continuing education opportunities. Daily mentorship and real investment in your development. Opportunities to grow into lead roles and expanded responsibilities.
A Unique Clinical Focus: Strong emphasis on vestibular and neurological rehabilitation. Ideal for someone with experience—or a desire to develop expertise in these areas. Orthopedic care remains an important part of the caseload.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary.
Bonus opportunities tied to performance and clinic success.
Retirement plan with employer match.
Health, dental, and vision insurance.
Paid time off & vacation.
Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling.
