Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional massage therapy and skincare services
Support and lead a team of wellness providers
Help manage daily scheduling to maintain strong booking flow
Handle call-outs and ensure clients are always taken care of without disruption
Maintain a calm, professional, and solution-focused environment
Support team accountability and overall performance
Compensation & Benefits
$50–$60 per service hour (massage and skincare services)
Tips are additional and not included in base pay
Monthly management pay $1,000–$1,500
Performance-based bonuses tied to booking percentage and spa performance
Additional incentives for last-minute coverage
Estimated Annual Earnings (not including tips)
$65,000 – $85,000 (typical range)
$85,000 – $100,000+ (high performance potential)
(Earnings vary based on service volume, leadership performance, and bonus achievement.)
