Smile Design Dental Center is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our team.
Location: 956 Bryan Road, O'Fallon, Missouri 63366
Work Schedule (open to part-time):
Tuesday: 8:00am-6:00pm
Wednesday: 7:45am-5:00pm
Thursday: 7:15am-4:30pm
Friday: 7:45am-2:00pm
2‑doctor practice, utilizing Dentrix.
60‑minute re‑care appointments, 90‑minute new patient appointments.
Bi‑weekly, hourly pay + option to opt into Daily Pay for earned paychecks.
Ability to earn daily + quarterly bonuses.
We have Arestin, iTero, Velscope + CE coverage available.
Full‑time minimum: 30 hours to receive full benefits package, which includes UnitedHealthcare PPO Health Care, Paid Holidays, 401k, Dental, Vision, Wellness Benefits, and more.
Part‑time benefits package includes dental, Paid Holidays, 401k, Wellness Benefits, and more.
All part‑time / temp / full‑time positions accrue PTO.

Minimum Qualifications
Current dental hygienist license in Missouri and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required).
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation.
CPR Certification.
Preferred Experience
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems.
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills for preventative care and overall maintenance of patient dental health.
Clinical needs as required by office.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position.
Prolonged periods sitting and standing.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times.
Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.
TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions, standard requirement. Must be completed prior to starting employment.
