Marketing Project Manager

Location: Orlando, FL (3 days a week onsite, 2 days remote)

Responsibilities

Own and manage 20–30 concurrent marketing projects, ensuring timelines, scope, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined and met

Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns in partnership with Technology, Strategy, and Business stakeholders

Serve as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams, proactively driving communication and alignment

Utilize Workfront to manage project plans, workflows, timelines, and status reporting

Support and adopt newly implemented processes and systems as the PM team evolves

Confidently push back when needed, manage competing priorities, and advocate for project needs

Qualifications
3+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in marketing or digital environments

Exposure to Marketing Tech‑related projects (campaigns not required to be heavy, but experience working with marketing, strategy, or related teams is essential)

Familiarity with Workfront or similar project management tools

Team & Environment

Transitioning from a coordinator‑focused model to full project ownership

Projects are siloed by business line, but adaptability across various marketing initiatives is critical
