We’re seeking a Lead HVAC Technician / Installer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for servicing the Monticello, MN market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including ductwork, compressors, and controls.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing effective solutions.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
Collaborate with contractors and other tradespeople on installation projects.
Adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
Complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation and repair.
Completion of an HVAC trade school program or equivalent certification.
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and best practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and team members.
