Kitchen Guard Phoenix is hiring a highly motivated, coachable individual to join our sales team through a structured career path.

This is not a typical sales job.

You will start by setting qualified inspections and building pipeline, then quickly advance into a closing role, with a clear path to:

Junior Sales Rep → Sales Rep → Senior Sales Rep → Account Manager

No prior industry experience required. We are looking for work ethic, attitude, and drive.

Career Path & Compensation

Phase 1: Appointment Setter (1–2 Months)

$75–$125 per qualified inspection held

Target: 20–30 inspections set and held

Focus: Prospecting, outreach, and pipeline building

Phase 2: Junior FLSC (2–6 Months)

$500/week base

6% commission (8% with bundled services)

Target: $20,000/month

Income Potential: $60K–$75K

Phase 3: FLSC (2–12 Months)

$750/week base

6%–8% commission

Target: $35,000/month

Income Potential: $75K–$95K

Phase 4: Senior FLSC

$1,000/week base

7%–9% commission

Target: $50,000/month (rolling average)

Income Potential: $95K–$120K+

Phase 5: Account Manager (Top Performers)

Up to $75,000 base

7%–9% new business

1%–3% residual income (3-year cap)

Income Potential: $120K–$160K+

Compensation Notes

Commission earned on collected revenue

What You’ll Do

Prospect restaurants, commercial kitchens, and facilities

Conduct cold calls, in-person visits, and follow-ups

Set and run inspections of kitchen exhaust systems

Learn to evaluate hoods, ducts, fans, and filters

Document findings using CompanyCam

Present proposals using PandaDoc

Track pipeline and activity in ServiceMinder CRM

Build long-term relationships with business owners

Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops

Lift 40+ pounds
