Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Associate to support our team. The role will be responsible for managing accounting functions, assisting with administrative tasks, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Qualifications
High School Diploma or higher
Experience with QuickBooks
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Skills and Experience
Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting functions using QuickBooks
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
Prepare and send invoices to clients
Track payments and follow up on outstanding invoices
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Assist with job costing and project tracking
Generate financial reports as requested
Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, emails, and general office coordination
Maintain organized digital and physical records
Support project documentation and report distribution
Coordinate with field technicians and project managers
Assist with proposals and contract documentation
