Role Description
We are seeking a Valuation, Financial Forensics, Litigation Senior Manager or Principal to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Woburn, MA. Responsibilities include performing valuations for financial reporting, litigation support, and transaction purposes, managing financial forensics engagements, analyzing business operations, and preparing expert reports. You will lead client engagements, work alongside legal teams, and support dispute resolution processes, leveraging your expertise to provide actionable insights for clients. Collaboration with various departments within LGA is an essential component of the role.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law and Bankruptcy Law to support litigation and forensics engagements
Demonstrated experience in Legal Document Preparation and managing Litigation Management processes
Knowledge of Insurance and its role in financial forensics and valuation planning
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial and legal information
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to prepare and deliver expert reports
Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA, ASA) strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage teams, meet deadlines, and deliver quality client service
