Twin Peaks Wealth Advisors is a Bay Area-based registered investment advisor (RIA) serving ultra-high-net-worth technology professionals and their families. We specialize in the complexity that comes with tech wealth — equity compensation, concentration risk, liquidity events, and multi-generational planning — and we've built the infrastructure to support it at scale.
Our team of 15 operates with a deliberate, client-first approach: dedicated support across marketing, client service, and operations so that our advisors can focus on what they do best. We are not a place for lone wolves. We are a firm where smart people do great work together.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Lead Wealth Advisor to join our team and grow their client base in a team environment. This is a meaningful role with real upside — for the right person.
You will serve a sophisticated client base, collaborate with an experienced advisory team, and benefit from a mature marketing engine and operational infrastructure that most advisors spend years trying to build on their own.
What You'll Do
Serve as the primary advisor relationship for HNW clients
Collaborate across the team — planning, investments, client service, and operations — to deliver integrated wealth management
Contribute to new client development, leveraging TPWA's marketing platform and referral network
Participate in firm-wide investment discussions, planning workflows, and client review processes
Help shape how the firm continues to grow, if equity partnership is the right path for you
Who You Are
Minimum 5 years of wealth advisory experience, with at least $500,000 in annual advisory or flat-fee revenue
A team player who genuinely believes that great support infrastructure makes you a better advisor — not a luxury, but a force multiplier
Client-focused and proactive, with strong relationship management and communication skills
Comfortable serving technically sophisticated clients who ask hard questions and expect straight answers
Familiar with equity compensation — RSUs, ESPPs, stock options — is a meaningful plus given our client base
Series 65 (or equivalent) licensed; CFP, CFA, or CPWA preferred but not mandatory
This role is not the right fit if you prefer to work independently, manage every aspect of your practice solo, or are looking for a lifestyle practice. We have built something that requires — and rewards — real team engagement.
