Key Responsibilities & Duties
Analyze billing rates and alternative fee arrangements to optimize client pricing strategies.
Prepare and manage client and matter budgets, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Generate and distribute financial reports, including billing, collections, and realization metrics.
Collaborate with teams to develop and present strategic financial insights.
Engage with stakeholders to discuss financial performance and budget adjustments.
Utilize financial tools to manage data, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Support the implementation of innovative fee arrangements and financial strategies.
Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving financial operations and efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a professional services firm.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel modeling skills.
