Best Logistics & Transport is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused Delivery Associates to deliver Amazon packages to customers within our community.
Responsibilities
Interact positively and professionally with customers, staff, and the general public during deliveries to customer homes, retail, and business locations.
Adhere to strict safety and quality standards on and off the road, assisting DOT truck drivers with safety protocols.
Use handheld technology to manage delivery progress, track packages, and resolve obstacles.
Maintain a clean, fueled, and fully operating vehicle at all times.
Navigate a large cargo van or small box truck, including climbing into and out of the van, walking on and down stairs, and carrying packages up to 100 lbs.
Work in a variety of weather conditions and adapt to route changes or delays caused by traffic, construction or other factors.
Lifting, bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and stretching as required during shifts of up to 10 hours.
Assist with loading and unloading packages and keep accurate records of deliveries.
Occupy a flexible schedule, available for day shifts, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age; possess a valid New York State ID.
Valid driver identification in the state of residence.
English proficiency sufficient to read road signs and communicate with regulatory personnel.
Physical ability to lift, push, pull, and move boxes up to 100 lbs and navigate stairs.
Strong communication skills, reliability, and a professional attitude.
Prior delivery experience and familiarity with consumer‑brand service standards is preferred.
Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
Must pass a pre‑employment drug test and be eligible to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $19.00 – $19.50 per hour (full‑time and part‑time). Full‑time team members receive paid training, overtime pay, paid time off, health insurance, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) with matching, and a referral program.
Additional benefits include paid sick time, tuition reimbursement, and a bonus structure (safety, weekly, performance, and holiday bonuses).
Schedule & Location
Shift: 10‑hour day shift; up to 6 days per week.
Weekend availability, holidays, and overtime are required.
