Overview
Manage the admissions process for the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at the Steinhardt Department of Physical Therapy. Manage admissions review process. Provide advisement to prospective students on the Entry‑Level Doctor of Physical Therapy program offerings. Oversee the Department of Physical Therapy's clinical placement program with the Department Director of Clinical Education. Coordinate all Entry‑Level DPT fieldwork assignments in accordance with CAPTE (Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education) standards. Advise students on issues and policies related to fieldwork. Build and maintain relationships with fieldwork sites.

Responsibilities

Manage the admissions process for the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program.

Conduct admissions review process.

Advise prospective students on the program.

Coordinate the clinical placement program with the Director of Clinical Education.

Oversee entry‑level fieldwork assignments per CAPTE standards.

Advise students on fieldwork policies.

Develop and maintain relationships with fieldwork sites.

Required Education

Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Experience

3+ years of related experience working in Higher Education

Preferred Experience

3+ years experience working with college admissions

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Knowledge of college admissions processes

Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills

Database management and Excel applications

Familiarity with Google Forms and Google Drive

Salary
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $72,000.00 to USD $88,000.00.
